Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We work our best to fulfill all of our orders, but in certain circumstances, we may run out of stock with some of our ingredients. We try our best to contact you as soon as we can in the case of this event. Once contacted, it will be under your discretion if you would like to proceed with the order, substitute the ingredient, or change the order placed. Please check your phone for any missed calls from our store and contact us as soon as you can. If the ingredient is small, and we were unable to get in contact with you, we will process the order without the ingredient. Price adjustments can be made upon request. Price adjustments usually entail the deduction of the ingredient(s) price. In the case that we run out of stock of the main ingredient, we will not process the order because it will compensate for the quality of the order. During such instances, we contact you as soon as possible and will not process the order. Price adjustments will be made to deduct that specific portion of that order.

In the instance that you receive the incorrect order, you are entitled to receive an exchange or refund for your order so it fulfills the price of the original order made. In this occurrence, you must bring back the order in the condition it was received. If the order was brought back in its original condition, you may ask for either an exchange or a refund. An exchange will be made for the exact cost of the order originally placed, or whatever portion of the order you would like to exchange it to. You will be able to exchange the price amount (including taxes) for a new order. If the new order goes above the exchange price, you will pay the price difference of the new order. If a refund is chosen instead of an exchange, you will receive the amount that was paid (including taxes) of either the whole meal or the portion you would like refunded. 

The following conditions have to be met in order to be eligible for an exchange or a refund:

  • Must notify us of wanted exchange/refund within the same day the order was received
  • Must bring back the order in the condition it was received in 
Gift Cards will not be eligible for a refund, however, can be exchanged for an order 🙂

Our Refund and Returns Policy may be subject to change with the owner’s approval. In times that the owner can not be contacted, the policy holds.
